About a year ago I wrote and published my very first on-sale crochet pattern. A Crochet Batman cape and hat. I was pretty proud of it, and spent a lot of time working on it. Since that first pattern, I have gone on to write and publish a few more (not a lot, because it’s a lot of work and I’m a busy mamma!). However, I recently realized that the first pattern was VERY poorly written and contained several typos and confusing directions. So, I went back and did some editing and updating.
I didn’t realize how consuming it would be to update a crochet pattern across three different sites (etsy, ravelry, and craftsy), and to think that I was considering publishing on a few more sites as well! On a plus note, though, I was able to create a superman crochet pattern while I was updating my batman crochet pattern (which should be published later this week). So, you can purchase my updated batman crochet pattern for just $4.35 in any size from Newborn, 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, up to 12-24 months. OR if you want to sell finished crochet batman costumes (which I DO allow), you can purchase all five of these batman crochet patterns for a very discounted price of just $8.00 (my etsy store is the only one that has every size of the crochet pattern listed and available for purchase).
The batman crochet pattern includes approximately 11 pages of detailed instructions and pictures on how to make a batman hat/beanie with pointy ears, the cape with little wavy peaks at the bottom, and a batman logo which typically goes on the cape but could probably be used as an applique for anything.
